Refund Policy

At Apna Graphics, we are committed to delivering high-quality Graphic Design and Web Development services. Because our services involve digital assets, dedicated labor, and custom creative work, we have a strict refund policy in place to ensure fairness for both parties.
1. General Refund Rules
Before any project begins, we require an advance payment. This payment secures your slot in our schedule and covers the initial research and ideation phase.
- Advance Payments: The initial deposit/advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the project work has officially commenced.
- If a project is canceled by the client before any work or consultation has started, a full refund (minus any payment gateway charges) will be issued.
2. Graphic Design Services
For services such as logo design, branding, social media creatives, and marketing materials:
- No refunds will be provided once the initial design concepts have been shared with the client.
- If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we will use the agreed-upon revision rounds to refine the design to your liking.
- Once final files are approved and delivered, no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained.
3. Web Development Services
Website projects are broken down into milestones (e.g., UI/UX design, development, final launch). Refunds for web development are processed as follows:
- If the project is canceled during the design phase, we will retain the advance payment for the work completed up to that point.
- No refunds will be granted once the development (coding) phase has begun.
- Domain names, hosting services, and third-party plugins purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are controlled by external providers.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You have simply changed your mind or no longer need the service.
- The project is delayed due to a lack of communication, feedback, or missing assets from your end.
- You have already approved the final delivery of the project.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please email us with your project details and the reason for your request. Our team will review the case and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
