Welcome to Apna Graphics. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the digital services we provide. By accessing this website or hiring us for a project, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Services Provided
Apna Graphics specializes in professional Graphic Design, Website Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or communication before the project begins.
2. Revisions & Approvals
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, to maintain project timelines:
- Each design or website project includes a set number of revisions (as discussed during project initiation).
- Once the final design or website layout is approved by the client, any further major structural or design changes may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
To ensure smooth workflow and commitment from both sides, our payment terms are as follows:
- An advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.
- The remaining balance must be cleared upon project completion, prior to the final handover of source files, server uploads, or website launch.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the initial design or development work has commenced.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely completion of projects depends heavily on client feedback and resources. The client is responsible for providing all necessary text content, images, brand guidelines, and server credentials on time. Apna Graphics will not be held liable for project delays caused by delayed feedback or missing assets from the client.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full and final payment, the ownership of the final website or graphic assets is transferred to the client. However, Apna Graphics retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
6. Project Abandonment
If a client fails to respond or provide necessary feedback for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned. Resuming an abandoned project may require a restart fee.
